88 | Searching for God in the Garbage, Overcoming Food Addiction with Bracha Goetz

The Go-To Holistic Health Podcast for Christian Women Who Want to Increase Energy! Blubrry Nominated Favorite Woman Podcaster! Ranked in the Best 20 Christian Health Podcasts!

In this show, I had the pleasure of interviewing the wonderful Bracha Goetz! Bracha is a Harvard-educated author of 41 children's books and one candid memoir for adults entitled, "Searching for God in the Garbage," a collection of excerpts from her diaries and journals which document her battle with food addiction. In this episode, Bracha sheds light on her book and shared that it was not until she found the spiritual nourishment she was searching for, that she was no longer addicted to food. Bracha describes her memoire as a psychological mystery that is solved at the end of the book. Bracha shares that the goal of all her books is to help souls shine. Through her personal experience, we learn that it is only through spiritual fulfillment that our physical and emotional hunger can be satisfied. Listen. Apply and Transform.
